Phyla Nodiflora

Phyla Nodiflora, a creeping perennial herbacious plant, can be found in most tropical and subtropical regions. It is also commonly known as frogfruit or Turkey tangle fogfruit. This plant is an excellent ground cover besides being used as medicine and food.     

Traditional uses:
​The infusion of the plants is used as treatment for constipation, knee pains, colds and coughs. A paste produced from the plant can be applied to the boils and ulcers. It is also a great home remedy for dandruff.
